This is a twelve (12) month fixed term, part-time (0.5FTE) position commencing January 2025 with possible extension. The Legal and Legislative Services Branch provides advice to the Department on legal and legislation matters. The Branch deals with, and on behalf of the Department, provides advice about various, sensitive legal issues, complaints, administrative law, legislation issues, insurance and claims against the Department.
The Role We are seeking a Senior Investigator for child sexual abuse compensation claims within the Education portfolio. You will manage investigations of significant sensitivity by conducting interviews and identifying relevant documents for legal advisors.
