The Senior Investigator reports directly to the NSW Investigations Manager and conducts investigations and reviews written and oral complaints and inquiries on matters of concern to all areas of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can manage and conduct investigations for employees and patrons.
A few of your responsibilities: Pro-actively liaise with the investigation units of other Casinos, Law Enforcement Agencies and Regulatory Bodies for intelligence purposes and to keep abreast of any developments within the gaming industry.Mentor and lead the investigative tasks of the department's Investigations Officers and occasional employees including, for example, secondees.Maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality relating to sensitive information.Report on activities that potentially pose a threat to the integrity of the operations and casino statutory obligations.Review existing data sources to proactively identify areas of concern to tighten processes and policies, with the goal to limit misconduct at its source.What we are looking for: Extensive experience in law enforcement, regulatory compliance, workplace investigation, or another similar role.Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations and inquiries in the commercial field and preparing reports and submissions with appropriate recommendations.Exposure to regulatory work environments.Working knowledge of corporate investigation requirements.About you: You are a diligent investigation professional with a high level of integrity. You are wanting to utilise your strong analytical skills, combined with exceptional reporting ability to further build your investigative skills and knowledge.
