About the Role: Under the direction of the Senior Manager and a Principal Investigator, Employee Investigations (EI), this position is responsible for conducting complex end-to-end misconduct and reportable conduct investigations and providing expert, strategic advice.
Some of your duties will include:
Conducting complex and sensitive end-to-end employee misconduct and reportable conduct investigations within tight timeframes.Preparing departmental briefs for disciplinary outcomes involving termination of employment.Providing authoritative advice and information to internal and external stakeholders.About You: As an ideal candidate, you will possess:
Experience in undertaking complex and sensitive investigations consistent with relevant legislative and industrial requirements.Qualifications: Applicants must have a background in investigations. Studies in law or experience in Government Investigations or Industrial Relations would be an advantage.An Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) will be required for this role.How to Apply: Please click the Apply button on this advertisement.
