About the Role: Under the direction of the Senior Manager and a Principal Investigator, Employee Investigations (EI), this position is responsible for conducting complex end-to-end misconduct and reportable conduct investigations and providing expert, strategic advice.
Some of your duties will include:
Conducting complex and sensitive end-to-end employee misconduct and reportable conduct investigations within tight timeframes.Preparing departmental briefs for disciplinary outcomes involving termination of employment.Providing authoritative advice and information to internal and external stakeholders.About You: As an ideal candidate, you will possess:
Experience in undertaking complex and sensitive investigations consistent with relevant legislative and industrial requirements.Qualifications: Applicants must have a background in investigations.
