WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a team player with a passion for Inventory Management with a strong analytical mindset.
The Senior Supply and Inventory Planner will seek to achieve and maintain healthy inventory levels that enable Nike Pacific to deliver revenue and margin targets that align with our financial plans, marketplace objectives and network investments. The successful candidate will engage with cross functional teams to ensure we maintain healthy inventory and address risks and opportunities while balancing short / long term goals and influence key stakeholders through your ability to storytell from your compelling analysis, insights and recommendations.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? In this role you will be driving the business on inventory optimization to maximise financial revenue, margin and profitability, with considerations across multiple nodes and across all our business channels and products.
Partnering with a seasoned team, you will ensure accuracy within the monthly Inventory Forecast; across all inputs and outputs to enable the best visibility across the short, medium and long term planning horizons.
In your day to day, you will engage with cross functional partners to drive health end-to-end inventory through collaboration, presentation & influencing skills. Considering all channels in pre season, in season and post season, you will focus on achieving metrics such as targeted End to End Weeks of Supply, Close Out % and Unallocated %. You will evaluate the financial, operational and consumer trade offs to drive the best decisions.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? You will report to the Inventory Operations Director and you will collaborate with teams such as Nike Direct, Marketplace Partners, Enterprise Business Planning / Performance Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketplace Operations as well as Supply and Inventory partners.
WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor Degree preferred with 3+ years professional experience preferred in related field such as inventory management, supply chain, operations, supply planning, planning or finance.Competence to understand retail KPI's, with the ability to use data and analytics to identify critical information on the drivers of inventory and root causes.Demonstrated success influencing others, leading change and achieving business results through storytelling, both written and verbal to technical and non technical audiences. Ability to build strong relationships and create trust among those with diverse personal styles.Attention to detail and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment.Self starter, eager to learn with strong problem-solving capability to take action on complicated issues.Flexibility to work across multiple time zones on occasion.Good level of proficiency in Excel required.
