About the role Reporting to the Head of Media and Communications, this position will:
Develop and implement internal communication plans for headspace National and between headspace National and our headspace centres. Lead communication strategies for key headspace projects and initiatives. Lead internal and network communication on key priorities and major projects of the Strategic Marketing and Communications Division. Deliver high-level communications consultancy and upskilling across headspace National. Who we're looking for headspace is seeking a proactive, agile and energetic person with:
Minimum 5 years' experience in communications, marketing, media or health promotion. Previous experience in leading and managing organisational internal/network communications and stakeholder engagement. Experience in copywriting for a broad range of professional audiences, including Executives. Exceptional ability to engage and communicate to groups of people, tailoring communication to suit a specific target group or age range. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and database applications. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines. Previous experience and ability using CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics and Marketing. What's on offer Fixed term 12-month role (parental leave cover).
