The role
We're looking for a dynamic Senior Internal Auditor to join our team and make a real impact. If you're passionate about risk management, control, and governance, this is your chance to lead audits that drive meaningful change across the business. Reporting to the Group Senior Manager, Internal Audit, you'll work with senior leaders, influence key decisions, and help shape our audit strategies for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute risk-based audits.
Produce high-quality audit reports and workpapers in accordance with our established methodology.
Oversee and review team members' work, providing guidance and feedback.
Present audit findings and management action plans to stakeholders.
Identify risks and industry trends to enhance audit practices.
Build strong relationships with department management and ensure action plans arising from audit reports are implemented.
Complete mandatory compliance training and promote adherence within the team.
About you:
Demonstrated internal audit experience in a highly-regulated environment or leading consultancy firm.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CA, CPA, or CIA qualified.
Strong knowledge of IIA standards and internal audit practices.
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills.
Driven, with a passion for identifying risks and making impactful changes.
