As the Senior Internal Audit Manager, your Job Descriptions includes:
Review business processes and provide assurance to management on the adequacy of internal controls, process efficiency and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies by performing audits and reviews using a risk-based methodology.Identify weaknesses in business processes and internal controls, and work with management on practical solutions to improve operations, reduce costs and minimise risks.Represent the Senior Director in their absence.Assist in the development of the audit plan and loading details of the annual plan into the audit management tool (Team Mate) and conduct a 1st level review of work by other team members.Lead special engagements.Be responsible for planning, execution, and reporting of audit results.Manage and mentor junior team members.Profile To be successful, you must have:
6+ years Internal Audit experience with a Big 4 / Mid Tier Audit background and currently working as an Internal Auditor in Industry.CA/CPA/CIA Qualification.Experience of process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas.Experience in operational and financial audit, project and time management, general understanding of IT applications and principles, analytics skills, and experience with a wide range of business processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Offer This is a permanent role with a salary of $160k - $180k base + super + bonus, located in Macquarie Park (5 mins walk from the train station).
