Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Be inquisitive and courageous in seeking to understand each client and collaboratively develop project-specific conceptual narratives.
Maintain a design focus with the tenacity and rigour to see concepts through detail and on to site.
Develop and refine design ideas to meet client goals.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination.
Keep up with design trends and industry developments.
Address and solve design challenges efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you should have the below skillset: 5 + years' experience working in the Interior Design/ Architecture Field.
Possess strong Revit skills, including 3 D presentation overlay such as Enscape and the ability to efficiently document.
Ability to generate innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts.
Expertise in managing timelines, sub-consultants, project budgets, and workflows.
Strong ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.
In-depth understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Have excellent verbal and graphic communication skills.
Have active experience using the full Adobe suite.
Knowledge of current design trends and industry standards.
