Position Overview:
Our design client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead a design team in delivering outstanding interior design solutions.
This role requires a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership abilities, with a strong focus on multi-residential projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.Develop innovative design concepts that reflect the latest trends while meeting the functional needs of multi-residential spaces.Utilise Revit and other design software to create detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations.Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any design-related issues.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of local experience in interior design, with a focus on multi-residential projects.Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.Exceptional spatial planning and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing design teams.A portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects, emphasising creativity and technical expertise.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Compensation:
Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000+Super, commensurate with experience.
