Senior Interior Designer to join our Adelaide Studio, lead our Interior Design team locally while supported across Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across many sectors and grow professionally at one of Australia's largest multi-disciplinary practices.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Be inquisitive and courageous in seeking to understand each client and collaboratively develop project-specific conceptual narrativesMaintain a design focus with the tenacity and rigour to see concepts through detail and on to siteLeading and mentoring a team to achieve goals and tasksBe adaptable to manage a shifting project workloadHave excellent verbal and graphic communication skillsHave an ability to work independently with clients and consultantsPossess strong Revit skills, including 3D presentation overlay such as Enscape and the ability to efficiently document.Have active experience using the full Adobe suitesAt Hames Sharley, it is important that our employees maintain a healthy balance between life and work.
