Package:Salary: £45,000 - £55,000Hybrid working (1 day per week wfh)Supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and progressionFriendly and social studio cultureDuties:Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar software.Design bespoke elements, including joinery and lighting, in collaboration with artisans and craftspeople.Research and specify high-quality materials and furnishings, balancing aesthetic goals with budget and sustainability.Present design concepts to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and incorporating feedback.Manage multiple projects and oversee a small team of designers, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Produce and manage technical information for tenders, including finishes and hardware schedules.Requirements:Proven senior-level experience in luxury residential or hospitality interior design.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Revit experience is a plus).Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction technology, and planning policies.Excellent communication skills for client presentations and project management.Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring quality and meeting project deadlines.A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent qualification.If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for luxury design, we'd love to hear from you.
