We are seeking a Senior Integrity and Capability Advisor. This role provides advice, support and information to schools and business units. Do you have excellent communication skills, good problem solving skills, a strong focus on detail and a passion for getting it right? Then this role is for you! Your role: Located in the Brisbane CBD you would deliver a range of activities focused on our workforce including risk management activities, reporting and capability, awareness raising and policy and procedure development.
Responsibilities include:
Providing advice and support in relation to integrity related mattersWorking with stakeholders and partners to review current work practices and to promote ethical awareness.Develop communications, promote awareness and provide information sessions to build an ethical culture and support ethical leadership.Assist in the review and development of initiatives and strategies to promote ethical awareness.Prepare reports, correspondence and briefing notes on integrity awareness and staff behaviour matters.Our ideal candidate would possess:
