About the Role: This role will entail working alongside integration and interfacing specialists. You will assist with providing services related to third-party integrations with our LIS software. The role is to assist with the design, development, and operations of the systems-to-system interfaces, data flows, APIs, and integration middleware.
It requires technical management skills through the delivery lifecycle to plan and manage the transitions and dependencies and manage any third parties involved, as well as engineering skills to lead key aspects of the build and quality assure the rest.
Primary Role and Responsibilities Help develop best practices in customer engagement, time management, planning, engineering, and implementation, and mentor the team in these areas. Drive and maintain KPIs for the team. Lead on key designs alongside working SME expertise as needed in all areas of integration and service functionality in the solution. Develop the overarching enterprise architecture which integrates multiple vendor workstreams across a range of target platforms to allow the initiation, flow, processing, and management of data flows in a secure and reliable manner. Contribute to innovative, maintainable, and scalable solutions to complex technical problems. Analyze specific integration or interfacing requirements and produce suitable specifications and product documentation. Assist with the derivation and documentation (e.g., data models, configurations, and setup) of effective, highly scalable, and class-leading interfacing, data, and system integration solution architectures. Work with other technical and business stakeholder teams to ensure high-quality outcomes in the areas of technical fit, resilience, security, compliance, and efficiency across relevant solution, data, and integration/interfacing environments. Ensure that integration solutions can be delivered, deployed, and operated in a highly repeatable and predictable manner through interaction and collaboration with DevOps and environment specialists. Work within an agile delivery methodology by contributing as part of a wider team. Interact with other customer stakeholders/end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, BAs, testing, etc. Collaborate with the support teams around production incidents involving integration to ensure timely resolution and recovery and preventative measures are taken to avoid recurrence. Collaborate with project managers on any integration/interfacing work items and resource management. Mentor junior members of the team. About You:
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
C Programming Experience in analyzing a wide range of specific integration requirements and rapidly producing suitable technical designs and specifications. Experience in delivering integration/interfacing solutions and managing integration/interfacing delivery teams or developers.
