An outstanding opportunity exists for a Senior Integration Developer contract role to join our team of highly-credentialed project delivery consultants working with Australia's largest utilities company.
The successful candidate will have professional experience working in the JBoss/Red Hat Fuse integration services, and Apache Camel-EBS.
This role will require someone to: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using REST/SOAP based API framework for scalability and reliability.
Utilize open source integration frameworks (e.g.
Apache Camel, event and message-oriented platforms).
Gather integration requirements and provide technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and work with technical teams/business to resolve issues and enable new features in applications while maintaining documentation.
Have experience with event-based and message-driven distributed systems and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery using modern Dev Ops tools and workflows such as Git, Git Hub, and Jenkins.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the software meets client and user requirements.
Proactively contribute in all agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Estimation, Daily Standups, and retrospectives) to ensure that every user story meets the Definition of Done (DOD).
Provide production support out of business hours.
Good-to-Have: Experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks.
Experience working in Azure integration services.
Experience using monitoring/logging tools like Dynatrace or Splunk.
