About the role:
Running your own carriage of matters, with the appropriate supervision and support.
Working on personal injury claims with a focus on professional indemnity matters , such as policy coverage, property policies and indemnity disputes .
Drafting court documents, preparing briefs, as well as attend Courts and conferences with witnesses & third parties.
The ideal candidate:
Senior Lawyer with 4 + PQE in the Insurance space .
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
Proven experience in professional indemnity .
Ability & willingness to mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
