Role Overview:
You will manage your own diverse client portfolio, providing proactive insurance solutions and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on insurance needs, negotiate the best coverage, and manage relationships with underwriting partners. Oversee your budget, sales plan, and client accounts. Mentor junior staff and promote the brand About You: Experience in a similar insurance role, preferably with construction, civil, and corporate insurance knowledge.
