Insolvency & Corporate Recovery (Accounting) We are looking for an Insolvency Accountant who can play a key role in supporting the team on a range of appointments at a firm based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate would have worked at an insolvency firm or a chartered accounting firm with a similar client base. This position is also open to experienced Auditors or Business Services Accountants looking to transition into Insolvency Accounting.

The candidate should have the following to bring to the role to ensure they are successful:
Work experience in a similar role from 2-5 years Degree qualified in a relevant area CA or CPA qualification Ability to work as a team and independently as required Strong communication with clients and team members to ensure strong relationships High attention to detail due to the sensitive nature of the work The role will include:
Applying appropriate controls to client engagements Assisting in the preparation of the budgets and cash flows Preparing draft reports to lenders and creditors Compiling information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations Building and developing relationships with clients including promoting the business restructuring offering Ensuring all working papers are accurate and the file is maintained in an appropriate manner Ensuring investigations are completed and any identified contraventions are reported on a timely basis Your application will include the following questions:
