There will be no one between you and senior management, providing a clear pathway for you to become a Manager. The Partners are committed to promoting internally, ensuring no one is hired above you.
Once you've settled into the role, a Graduate Accountant will be hired to support you, and you will be responsible for their training and mentorship.
Your development is prioritized, and as a small firm with multiple Partners and Managers to learn from, you will receive a high level of attention and support.
Once a month, there are internal training sessions, including presentations from external parties, and you will regularly attend webinars.
The firm offers full support for CA, CPA, or ARITA if you are undertaking one of these programs.
This role has arisen due to growth, with the firm recently winning a substantial amount of work. The jobs will predominantly include CVLs and VAs, with occasional court liquidations and receiverships from private lenders.
Everyone gets along well, and the atmosphere is laid-back. The office is modern and centrally located, and you won't find yourself working excessive hours.
Seeking 2+ years experience in a professional services environment.
