Senior Insolvency Accountant

Job OverviewNo one between you and Senior Management.

Your development is a priority with formal training and support in place.
There will be no one between you and senior management so there is a clear pathway for you to become a Manager. The Partners are committed to promoting internally so there will be no one hired above you.
Once you've settled in the role, a Graduate Accountant will be hired to support you and you will be responsible for their training and mentorship.
Your development will be a priority and as a small firm, with multiple Partners and Managers to learn from, you will find you get a high level of attention and support.
Once a month they do an internal training session (which includes getting external parties to present) and you will regularly attend webinars.
They offer full-support for the CA, CPA or ARITA if you are undertaking one of these programs.
The role has come about due to growth, with the firm recently winning a lot of work. The jobs will predominantly be CVL's and VA's with the odd court liquidation and receivership (from private lenders).
Everyone gets on well and the atmosphere is laid-back. The office is modern, centrally located and you won't find yourself working crazy hours.
Minimum RequirementsSeeking 2 + years experience in a professional services environment. With over 20 years experience recruiting in the Accounting Sector, I can guarantee that your application is in good hands.
