The Role As a Senior Inside Sales Coordinator with Worley, you will spearhead the coordination of proposal activities, develop sales collateral, support account management, and assist in training junior team members.

Conduct research and analysis to support opportunity responses and strategy development. Develop and maintain sales documents and qualification materials. Coordinate opportunity responses, including proposals and RFIs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. Collaborate with outside sales and leadership to create effective strategies. Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality. About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in sales, project management, or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe software.
