Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeAs a key member of the IT Infrastructure team, you will be providing a wide range of infrastructure services across the business.Responsibilities:Provide escalation support troubleshooting and support across a broad suite of infrastructure and networking equipmentSupport, patch and upgrade various systems and server software packagesSupport and manage remote app environmentsAssist in automating repetitive tasksManage various IT security platforms including ATP, EOP, and Next Gen firewallsAssist in delivering major infrastructure upgrades and transformationsAction security objectives as outlined by vCISOEngage and assist in the management of external service providersConfigure and manage monitoring toolsAssist with supporting the overall Service Delivery function including Service Desk, Network Support, Applications Support, and IT GovernanceSupport and contribute to all technical elements of ITIL and service managementActively contribute to a customer-centric team service focusDrive an unrelenting focus on protecting the overall IT environment by implementing and enforcing best practices that ensure continuity of IT servicesContribute to ongoing documentation and update of procedures and internal processesA can-do attitude, and whatever it takes approachRequired Skills and Experience:Proven experience with at least 5 years in a senior technical roleDemonstrated customer service focused attitude and approach mandatoryStrong intellectual capacity, communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsFamiliarity with ticketing, incident, problem and change management systemsSolid experience in delivering enterprise-wide IT services within a national organisationStrong continuous improvement and learning approach
