We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing IT Team based at our Head Office in Port Adelaide.

Role Overview The Senior Infrastructure Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of the company's key IT services. This role is responsible for the expert IT administration, support, and management of enterprise IT and operational technology systems, as well as datacentre infrastructure. Additionally, the role drives the FPH's transition toward greater cloud adoption and the consolidation of on-premise systems, ensuring the IT infrastructure evolves to meet future demands.
Key Responsibilities Align infrastructure goals with business objectives and manage third-party providers.Support and guide the technical team, promoting cloud adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement.Oversee infrastructure operations, maintenance, and rapid issue resolution for critical platforms.Implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and continuity processes to ensure system resilience.Lead innovation through cloud computing, automation, and the implementation of cybersecurity protocols for risk management.Deliver key infrastructure projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor performance for process improvements.About you Your skills and experience will include:
Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent level of skills and knowledge experience.Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), focusing on integration, identity management, cost optimisation, security, and scalable storage.Proven ability to design, manage, and optimise cloud environments while overseeing external service providers for data centre, storage, networking, and cloud services.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure), with experience in cloud migrations and troubleshooting complex technical issues.Extensive experience managing the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) to ensure high availability and optimal performance.Proficient in managing desktop environments and enterprise mobility solutions, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable end-user technology.Strong background in cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and enterprise hardware configuration, with the ability to lead cybersecurity initiatives.To Apply Even if you don't think you quite meet all the criteria, we'd still love to hear from you.
