Glencore is currently undertaking a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for the Black Star Open Cut Extension Project. The Scope of Work for the infrastructure engineering aspect of the project is divided into 4 main work packages:
Process Facility ModificationsNew Crusher Station and Conveying System including TSF PipelineNew Mining Fleet Operation and Maintenance AreaRelocation or Demolition of Existing InfrastructureThese work packages are integral components of the overall project aimed at developing the resource. Each package will contribute to the assessment, design, and implementation of infrastructure necessary to support the selected mining case and facilitate the extension project's success.
About your potential new position:
This is a fixed-term opportunity within the Zinc Division based in Brisbane or Mt Isa office.
You will coordinate all work performed by engineering consultants and ensure that all deliverables meet the project's standards in terms of safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance.
