Job Description: An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Industrial Engineer to join our Ballarat Chocolate Factory,home of many well-loved brands such as Snickers, Malteasers and M&Ms. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth running of the factory on both a short and long term basis.This role leads the transformational agenda to deliver the strategic cost structure for the Labour budget and advises strategically the Plant Director and the Factory Management Team (FMT), in terms of performance of the factory, and provides recommendations to develop the site.
