Within the Centre of Excellence, this role reports to the Head of Inclusion and Diversity and partners with four of our Enabling Units to advise them on their annual strategy and action plan, as well as delivering key elements of the Inclusion and Diversity strategy and associated policy. You will also work to ensure all external compliance requirements are met and internal governance is strong.
In this role, you will: Partner with business leaders in four Enabling Units, working as a subject matter expert to advise on their annual Inclusion and Diversity strategy.Support the Head of Inclusion and Diversity to ensure strong governance across all pillars of NAB's Inclusion and Diversity strategy, including supporting the Executive Inclusion and Diversity council.Lead key projects within the Inclusion and Diversity strategy.Be accountable for end-to-end ownership of key reporting requirements such as WGEA, Bloomberg, Mid-Year reporting, End of Year reporting suite, and/or AWEI (typically 2 of these per year).What you will bring: Minimum 5 years in an Inclusion and Diversity role, ideally from a large enterprise/complex environment (financial services experience is not required, and we are open to candidates from other industries).Experience advising senior leaders on their diversity and inclusion strategy as a subject matter expert.Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to engage, partner and influence senior stakeholders.Experience owning the design and rollout of key Inclusion and Diversity initiatives.Proven ability to work autonomously, juggling multiple projects and delivering to deadlines.What you might bring: Tertiary qualified in either Human Resources/Organisational Psychology/Business/Commerce and/or related field.Experience advising leaders in Technology, Operations and/or Chief Operating Officer roles beneficial.Lived experience as someone from a historically under-represented group (e.g. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, women, carer, LGBTQIA+, disability/neurodivergence, culturally diverse background) is valued.You will be supported to work flexibly and in the way that works best for you, noting that this role is a Hybrid role with 2-3 days per week required in a central office location.
