About the Role We're on the lookout for a Senior Incident and Emergency Response Adviser to join our growing team to deliver Incident and Emergency Response exercises, training and improvement programs for our Onshore Divisions.
This role is based at our buzzling office in Brisbane with regular travel to Santos' onshore assets in QLD/NSW and Cooper region.
Key accountabilities include:
Build and maintain emergency and incident response capability for the Santos Onshore Divisions.Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Onshore Incident and Emergency Response Plans.Lead and coordinate the emergency response exercises annual program, ensuring compliance with the SMS.Act as an SME for Incident and Emergency Response across Santos Ltd, collaborating with other divisional and functional teams as required. About You To stand out for this role, it is essential that you have demonstrated skills and experience with: 
Extensive years of experience in Oil and Gas, Resources, Mining, Construction or other similar industriesDegree/Diploma qualified in Emergency Management or equivalent tertiary/work/industry experienceExperience of working with external stakeholders including regulators and industry bodies.Extensive experience in a safety or operational role within the oil & gas or similar industry Supporting a Diverse Workforce Santos acknowledges that we operate on the traditional lands of Aboriginal people.
