Due to exponential growth, this boutique firm is looking for a Senior Immigration Consultant with 3-5 years experience.About the role :Design and execute immigration strategies for a portfolio of corporate clientsWorking autonomously, find commercially and legally sound solutions to meet client's needsProactively manage client casework and provide the highest standard of client representation to the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA)Build meaningful engagement and relationships with customers and prospectsCreate thought-leading content and insights for an internal and external audience, such as articles or presentationsActive industry participation, supporting initiatives to build the work pipeline and expanding the network of strategic and referral partnershipsMaintain the highest standards of ethics, enhancing the brand of firm to clients and members of the publicMaintain a confident knowledge of migration law, policy and industry trends, and contribute your knowledge within the teamAbout you :Essential requirements :Qualification in law or migration law (must be an admitted lawyer, not just a Migration Agent)Current OMARA registrationDemonstrated experience (3-5 years) in corporate immigration conducting a range of immigration matters autonomouslyStrong commercial acumen and knowledge of Australian immigration law and practice.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes :Strong technical knowledge of skilled work and investment-related visasCommitment to the highest professional standardsAbility to rapidly acquire new knowledgeAbility to work independently and in a teamHigh level communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure, manage time and priorities effectively, and meet deadlinesInterest in contributing positively to public discourse and policy on immigrationAbility to work within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environmentAbout the firm :Our client is a purpose-driven immigration law firm seeking to empower clients to access talent and opportunities in a globally-connected world.
