Due to growth, they are seeking to appoint 3 Senior Inhouse Immigration Officers to join their in-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an innovative market leader who offers a full inhouse relocation service to their corporate clients including managing all visa applications for skilled migrants for short- and long-term work placements into Australia. Your expertise as a current registered migration agent along with your extensive experience servicing corporate clients with visa applications in sub classes 400, 482 and 600 will all support your application.
Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing, collating and lodging (including e-lodging where relevant) visa applications and supporting documentation including complex qualification criteria with the Department of Home Affairs and other immigration authorities in Australia. Managing and monitoring applications with immigration authorities until the matter is finalised. Liaising with clients, visa applicants and government authorities including Department of Home Affairs and other immigration authorities in and outside Australia. Managing a high volume of visa applications. Managing timelines and meeting service level KPI's. Providing advice and assistance to clients with respect to visa options, eligibility prospects and merits of applications including matters associated with visa applications as well as Departmental compliance and monitoring requirements. Managing client and/or visa applicant expectations and tailoring advice to specific and/or commercial needs of the clients. Creating and maintaining client relationships and participating in, contributing to, and undertaking new and existing business development activities. Acting in accordance with the Code of Conduct as administered by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) in Australia and office and risk management practices and procedures. What you will bring to the role: You must be a currently registered migration agent. Experience managing corporate clients in a B2B relationship. Extensive experience with managing visa applications in sub classes 400, 482 and 600 end-to-end bringing skilled workers in Australia. Strong time management and the ability to foresee problems and mitigate efficiently. Ability to work as part of a team sharing workload and knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer centric approach and the ability to deliver excellent service within agreed metrics. So, what's in it for you?
