Working in a MS365 environment you will provide Level 1, 2 & 3 Service Desk support to ESA internal and shared service clients, and the maintenance and use of computer, network and telecommunication systems within ESA.
What you'll do ICT Service Desk: Deliver professional service handling a variety of ICT issues and service requests, ranging from system updates to access control modifications, change requests, and procurement-related inquiriesSystems Administration and Support: Administer and support ESA's corporate-wide business systems and desktop infrastructure. This entails ensuring that all administrative activities are performed in line with our standard operating procedures and ESA's ICT policiesCommunication and Stakeholder Engagement: Utilise your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a vital technical resource within the ICT team. Keep ESA clients and stakeholders continuously informed about the status of changes, issues, and problems related to corporate and business systems.Who we're looking for You have strong Service Desk/Technical support experience with supporting and managing IT infrastructure particularly with Intune and AutopilotYou have strong problem solving and analytical skills.Technical knowledge and/or experience in the following:
Worked in a Microsoft Office 365 environmentKnowledge of deploying and managing Windows 10 and Windows 11Proficient with Active Directory, including user and group management, and Group PolicyExperience with Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDriveSolid understanding of Entra IDKnowledge of cybersecurity principles, including endpoint protection and complianceExperience with security tools and policies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystemRelevant certifications, such as: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.What ESA offer At ESA we want everyone to succeed, irrespective of their gender, ethnicity, sexuality, physical ability or age.
