As our Senior ICT Manager you will play a critical role in managing our information technology infrastructure, operations and security. Leading a small team of IT professionals, you are accountable for designing and implementing IT and digital strategies and plans.About you:A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or 10 years' experience in an appropriate discipline.An expert understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, security, data analytics, and emerging technologies.Skilled in the development and delivery of strategies, roadmaps and plans.Monitor, maintain and optimise the current IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, cyber security & end-user computing including identifying cost savings and optimisation opportunities.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing small IT teams and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, particularly in the context of data analytics, automation, and AI.Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and compliance standards related to IT, data management, and data analytics.Strong Program Manager with demonstrated experience leading parallel projects.Experienced at leading the sourcing and management of service providers and related services contracts.Excellent strategic planning and financial management skills, along with an outstanding record of good governance.Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.How to ApplyWe're looking for passionate leaders ready to innovate and shape our ICT strategy!
