The Opportunity: The Senior Business Analyst will support various projects and activities at KAL Training through business, technical, and data analysis. You will assess complex business processes, determine requirements, and implement effective business improvements via organizational change and process enhancement, focusing on developing a Learning Management and Support System for effective training and delivery of VET qualifications. Furthermore, the proposed system will enable gathering, analysing and reporting on student engagement, learning and teaching quality to effectively support learners. This position requires levering appropriate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to establish a strong framework that boosts educational outcomes and operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct strategic analysis to align technology solutions with RTO business operations strategies. Utilize artificial intelligence to analyse data and generate insights. Serve as a bridge between the executive leadership and internal teams, ensuring that the business requirements are translated into actionable data-driven insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements that align with strategic goals and develop detailed business and technical requirements. Implement solutions to enhance business processes and continuous improvement and incorporate appropriate data privacy measures and security controls Process and systems developed should be ensure organization's compliance against ASQA's Standards for RTOs. Oversee the implementation of technology projects from inception through completion, utilizing appropriate development methodologies. Provide regular updates, reports, and well-founded recommendations to the CEO to ensure successful process improvement and project delivery. Lead ongoing change management initiatives by recommending enhancements to features, integration of tools and processes into the existing RTO framework. Uphold organisation's policies and procedures including data privacy and protection measures. About You: With a background in project delivery and strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are adept at conveying information, gaining acceptance of ideas, and successfully engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
Master's Degree in IT, Business Analysis and/or AI. At least 14+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in delivering high-quality business and technical analysis services for complex digital projects and CRM solutions. Understanding of security practices and their implementation in digital projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills resulting in high-quality documentation. Knowledge of AI with hands-on experience in developing and deploying models. Knowledge of agile, waterfall and iterative methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability in business analysis projects.
