Senior Hydraulics Engineer - $110K- $140 + Super

Our Client is a National mid-tier Engineering Consultancy, working across commercial building projects ranging from $10-50m across Australia.
We are looking to engage a Senior Hydraulic Engineer with five plus years experience to join their team in Perth.
The main objective of this role is to oversee, manage and mentor the Hydraulic design team, as well as deliver a wide range of projects including preparation of concept design, detailed design, tender/construction documentation and construction phase support within the agreed timeframe and budget.
Perks & Benefits: Commitment to your wellbeing and your career development opportunitiesHigh performing, close-knit team with a great core set of values which they live & breathe.Top end salary package to recognise and reward high calibre candidates in the marketExcellent work/life balance with flexible working hours as well as the option to work one day a week from home.Key Responsibilities: Carry out arithmetical checks and independent design checks of other Engineer's designs.Coordinate with, instruct and supervise Engineers and BIM Modellers to complete documentation.Manage, mentor and coach team members and lead the design team to meet project deadlines.Lead the internal/external meetings including preparing minutes, reports and distribution to the correct project personnel.Strong conceptual and innovative engineering skills (spatials, design criteria, system selection) through to detailed design (drawings, specification, report).Prepare high-level project budget estimates upon the client requests.Ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols.Key Requirements: Minimum of five years post-graduate experience working within building services consultancyExcellent communication skills.Strong ability to manage and interact with clientsA good understanding of Australian Standards and working in building services.Experience in managing, coaching and mentoring a teamStrong project management and multidisciplinary services coordinationAbility to work with offshore teams.Fire experience preferred, but not essential.Our Client is offering a generous, above market salary range of $110k - $140 + Super, depending on experience.
