Senior HVAC / Mechanical Services Project Manager Immediate start
Location: Brisbane QLD based (Luscombe Head Office)
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced, qualified HVAC Project Manager required for commercial and industrial applications.

The opportunity is available within an established business of 17 years completing commercial, domestic and industrial work within the HVAC Construction sector.

To be successful, applicants will require:
Provide direction and support to your team Manage on site workers and sub-contractors Understand and implement project Scope of Works Working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety, and be safety focused Project forecasting ability Project cost reporting ability A positive attitude and well presented Be self-motivated Variation and contract negotiations Deliver projects from a sales handover to commissioning Work with project engineers and the estimating team OHS Construction Induction Card (White Card) Skills and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, or trade qualifications in HVAC.
The addition of a Diploma in Project Management for those who have a trade background would be advantageous.
Experience with project managing works in the commercial / industrial construction sector.
Must hold a QBCC license, trade or supervisor.
