Core Talent have partnered with a large HV infrastructure company operating across New South Wales.
They work on HV and EHV substations as well as BESS, EV and other Renewable Energy projects.
Their capabilities range from the service and maintenance of existing assets to the complete design and construction of new substations.

As the Senior HV Design Engineer, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager to create detailed designs that meet the required specifications for each substation project.
You will also perform the role of Team Lead, guiding and mentoring Junior Engineers while offering engineering support to Project Managers during the construction phase of projects.
Duties Develop detailed substation designs up to 132KV Oversee design and engineering works, ensuring they meet the required specifications Coordinate with civil and construction teams to ensure projects are on time with agreed milestones Provide technical support to Project Managers during the construction phase Mentor and guide Junior Engineers Skills and Experience 7+ years experience in HV electrical design Ideally primary design experience HV or EHV projects Degree educated in electrical engineering or similar Ability to supervise and mentor junior engineers How to Apply
