Senior Human Resources Officer

About the Role: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, managing payroll, benefits, and HR-related matters. Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing. Manage employee data requests while adhering to data privacy regulations and prepare HR reports for decision-making purposes. Collaborate with finance teams on ad-hoc financial needs related to HR, such as budgeting and expense tracking. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth HR operations and support compliance with policies and regulations. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred. 5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on classical HR processes and consulting, ideally in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life science sectors. Proficient in payroll processes, HRIS systems, and data privacy regulations. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges and provide innovative solutions.
