Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) About the Role

As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational HR functions across Australia, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Reporting into the CHRO, and with two direct reports, you will drive initiatives around talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
This role requires partnering with business leaders to foster a high-performing culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
Key Responsibilities include: Lead HR initiatives in workforce planning, organisational development, and employee engagement;Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Implement effective talent development programs to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce;Champion leadership development and succession planning efforts;Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee relations;Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and manage any legal employment matters;Design, evaluate, and oversee competitive compensation structures and benefits packages;Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans;Lead initiatives to enhance employee productivity and align individual performance with organisational objectives;Develop and implement policies and practices to support diversity and inclusion initiatives;Analyse HR metrics to guide decision-making, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of HR strategies;Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership.About You

To excel in this role, you will be a seasoned business partner, strong in stakeholder management, and operational expertise in HR.
You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
As a strategic thinker and adept problem-solver, your communication and interpersonal skills will be highly proficient.
You will bring a minimum of 15 years HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or senior HR position.
You will have experience leading diverse teams to success, worked closely with senior leadership, and have a knack for turning HR data and HRIS systems into actionable insights that drive results.
A deep understanding of Australian employment laws and HR best practices is essential.
