About your new role
As the 'go-to person,' your duties will be varied and will include but won't be limited to:
Building effective relationships with management and employees to coach and influenceBeing an active participant in Leadership meetings relating to the development and implementation of various strategies and business plansPartner with business managers on various employment matters such as performance management, inquiries, and complaintsConducting investigations effectively manage and resolve violations or grievancesWork in close partnership with the Leadership Team to identify talent and work on development and succession planning About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExtensive experience as a HR Generalist with a strong knowledge of Employee/Labour relationsProven experience in business planning, performance management, and change management skillsMust have knowledge and experience with compensation & benefits, employment law, and labour relationsSuperior communication, interpersonal, and prioritisation skills What is in it for you Work with an innovative Global organisationOnsite and street parkingCompetitive salaryGreat company and team culture
