Resources Safety and Health Queensland is seeking a highly motivated Senior HR Consultant to assist in the day-to-day support across multi-faceted world of human resource management.

Yearly salary: $114626 - $122400
Fortnightly salary: $4393 - $4691

The Senior HR Consultant is responsible for supporting the Manager, Human Resources in providing independent generalist HR advice and functions. As a member of the HR team, you will be involved in the delivery of HR services including:
Undertaking recruitment, workforce establishment management, and other HR services, including providing HR advice to employees and managementRecommend and customise recruitment processes to enable managers to make informed and fair decisionsMaintaining relevant employee documentation and files, and producing fortnightly and monthly HR reportsPreparing and consolidating reports, briefing notes and other correspondence as requiredEnsuring policies and contractual documents are updated and legally compliantLiaising with corporate administration agency (CAA), RSHQ's payroll providerEnsuring that financial implications are considered into HR-related business decisions.The role description will outline any qualifications, licences and specific requirements of the role.
