As the Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will work alongside the Senior Manager, Human Resources to provide complete end-to-end HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. You will become a trusted business partner and provide guidance regarding HR policies & procedures, and you will support the business in delivering successful outcomes through our people.
You will manage your own key projects and support other HR & Payroll projects as required.
Duties: Recruitment; Coordinate recruitment needs for stakeholder group; ensure appropriate budget/approvals are obtained for headcount and Aqualand policies are followed.Contract Administration; Prepare Employment Agreements & letters, maintain accuracy of templates. Reference relevant legislation, Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, EBA.Onboarding & OffboardingPerformance Management; Manage probation review process; liaise with managers and keep accurate records.Learning & DevelopmentProjectsHR AdministrationHSEDemonstrates an aptitude for problem solving and continuous improvement.Produces high-quality work, attention to detail.Ability to build rapport and positive working relationships, provides excellent customer service.Ethical conduct and professional accountability; manages sensitive information with discretion.Effective oral and written communication skills; able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work autonomously and manage own time and workload.Qualifications: Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or related field.5+ years progressive experience working as an HR Generalist, Recruitment or Learning & Development.Current knowledge of Australian Employment Legislation and HR Best practice.About the job Contract Type: FULL_TIME
