DTS Human Resources provides a range of strategic human resource services and advice to the department in the areas of organisational change, attraction and retention, engagement, employment programs, capability development, performance management, employee and industrial relations and workplace health, safety and wellbeing. We deliver best practice advice, collateral and support and work collaboratively with the department's executive, managers and staff to position the department for success in service delivery, performance and business renewal and being an employer of choice.
In this role you will deliver HR business partner services through understanding the business of our divisions and providing contemporary HR expertise and case management services, support the development and delivery of the department's organisational capability program including design and delivery and work with Principal HR Advisor and HR Manager to deliver quality human resources, workforce and workplace culture initiatives, just to list a few.
