Senior Human Resource Officer

Your contribution and key responsibilities:Build professional client relationships to create working partnerships and a high level of understanding of client needs to facilitate quality human resource management practices throughout the department.Identify and investigate organisational issues and their implications, recommend innovative solutions and options, and facilitate the implementation of change plans.Develop and implement human resources policies, strategies, and initiatives that support, strengthen, and build our workforce, working in partnership with stakeholders.Lead organisational development strategies and initiatives through partnering and networking to optimise wellbeing, engagement, diversity, and inclusiveness.Support the team and organisation to embed cultural practice, capability, and safety across the department through training, education, and ongoing professional development, and ensure mechanisms are in place to address cultural safety concerns and promote the well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.#J-18808-Ljbffr
