This role will be located at both Perth Children's Hospital, Nedlands and Mill Street, Perth CBD.As a Senior HR Consultant, you will manage an allocated caseload to provide an expert consultancy and advisory service to management and employees on all aspects of Human Resource Management.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Provides contemporary Human Resource Management to provide a tactical and operational employee experience that is responsive, and solution focused.
Manages allocated caseload to provide an expert consultancy and advisory service to management and employees on all aspects of Human Resource Management including carriage of high risk and complex matters.Participates in the development of human resource standards and policies and special projects.
Contributes to the development and achievement of operational and strategic outcomes.Undertakes the role of Executive Officer of the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) Classification Review Committee (CRC) and provides advice on classification review matters.The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people.
CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
Consisting of over 7,000 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.Application Instructions: Applicants are requested to apply online (www.jobs.health.wa.gov.au).
