About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior HubSpot Developer to join our team. As a Senior HubSpot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using HubSpot's suite of tools. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless integration with other systems and leading the technical direction of HubSpot projects.
Responsibilities

HubSpot Development: Customize and develop solutions within the HubSpot CRM, Operations, CMS, Sales, and Marketing Hubs to meet the organization's specific needs.
Integration: Integrate HubSpot with other platforms using APIs, custom code, and third-party tools. Create seamless workflows between HubSpot and systems like Salesforce, data warehouses, etc.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers and the marketing team on HubSpot's capabilities, ensuring best-in-class solutions.
Data Management: Maintain and manage data integrity within the HubSpot CRM. Implement data segmentation, database maintenance, and deduplication.
Reporting & Analytics: Create custom reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to analyze and optimize marketing, sales, and service processes.
Testing & QA: Develop and enforce best practices for QA, testing, and version control. Identify and troubleshoot bugs within HubSpot.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of custom implementations, workflows, integrations, and processes.

Essential Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience with HubSpot development, including hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, CMS, Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
Proficiency in HubSpot APIs and REST APIs.
Advanced knowledge of HubL (Optional), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with custom module development within HubSpot's CMS.
Understanding of data structures, relational databases, and CRM best practices.
Familiarity with server-side languages (Python, Node.js) is a plus.
Experience with third-party integration platforms (Zapier, Integromat) and Webhooks.

Additional Info

HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS Developer, HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software).
Experience in marketing technology (MarTech) tools, digital marketing, and customer journey mapping.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Background in marketing, business, or a related field.
