Senior HSEQ Advisor - Civil Infrastructure ProjectsHealth, Safety & Environment (Construction)Your New Company:Join a dynamic and innovative company making a real impact in Power and Water infrastructure projects (70% power, 30% water). Supporting a team of 35+ employees and subcontractors, you'll work closely with a Senior Safety Manager who is transitioning into retirement. This is a unique opportunity to establish safety practices, shape the company's safety culture, and step into a leadership role. With an exciting pipeline of projects and a supportive environment, this is your chance to grow and thrive.Role & Responsibilities:Implement and monitor all safety procedures and policies.Ensure company compliance with client requirements.Participate in management and project kick-off meetings.Track and monitor all safety equipment.Conduct toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.Train and continually educate teams on safety-related topics.Liaise with clients and manage safety-related incidents.Ensure on-site compliance with all safety standards.What You Need to Be Successful in This Position:Experience as an HSEQ Advisor or Senior HSEQ Advisor in construction or infrastructure.Strong leadership skills and the ability to implement new safety practices.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Highly regardedCertificate or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).Construction induction card (White Card) and relevant safety training (e.g. First Aid, CPR, ICAM).Exposure to Power and Water infrastructure projects (highly regarded).What You'll Receive:$130k - $160k + Car + Super (depending on experience).A supportive team environment with clear career progression opportunities.The opportunity to make it your own while working closely with the Director to ensure safety is paramount and people are going home safe.Exposure to iconic Power and Water infrastructure projects.The chance to create and lead a safety culture from the ground up.A January 2025 start date, giving you time to prepare for the next step in your career.How to Apply:If this role excites you and aligns with your skills and career goals, we'd love to hear from you.
