The ProjectThe project is in the Defence sector on sites located in regional Western Australia. The overall project is more than 2 years in duration, involving significant construction upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure assets.

As a Senior HSE Advisor you will play a key role by delivering accurate and timely guidance of CPB's safety and health management systems requirements, system applications, support the project team and contribute greatly to the successful and safe delivery of the Project. Minimum RequirementsCertificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety5 years' experience in a similar role on Civil, E&I construction projectsDrivers licence and construction industry white cardSound understanding of Construction Safety legislationDemonstrable experience of Safety Management System implementationEffective verbal and written communication skillsGood personal time management skillsAbility to effectively prioritise and manage assigned workloadWillingness to work on a 14 days on, 7 days off, Fly in Fly out roster.Ability to meet Department of Defence security clearance requirements (DCAC)We particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQ+ community, mature workers, Veterans and active-duty armed forces, people with disabilities and people from different cultural backgrounds.
