The Role
In this role, you will work closely with the Group HSEQ Manager to ensure the effective implementation of the company's HSEQ Management Plan across the project. You will collaborate with the project team, providing essential support and guidance aligned with the company's corporate HSEQ objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Provide support and expert advice to the HSEQ team. Mentor and advise construction managers on HSEQ practices. Participate in external audits and support company accreditation processes. Cultivate strong relationship management practices across teams and stakeholders. Foster a safety-oriented culture to mitigate risks and avoid major incidents. Establish and measure HSEQ milestones and KPIs specific to the project. Continuously improve HSEQ performance throughout project phases. Train and coach staff on company policies, procedures, and systems. Investigate significant incidents, recommend solutions, and oversee corrective actions. Attend and contribute to safety leadership meetings. About You
You hold tertiary qualifications in WHS (minimum Cert IV) and bring proven experience as an HSEQ Advisor within the building and construction industry—ideally within complex or technical construction environments. You will need a construction white card and experience with elevated work platforms (EWP). Building relationships will be a key strength, complemented by your exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
