Our extensive nationwide network is committed to continuous improvement, providing a strong foundation for personal growth and development.ResponsibilitiesOffering expert advice on hair care, styling, products and treatments to help clients achieve their desired look.Performing a variety of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments with precision and creativity.Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry to continuously enhance your skills.Maintaining a clean and organised work station to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for clients and colleagues.Building and maintaining client relationships through attentive communication and personalised service.Collaborating with team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.Handling cash and administrative duties at the end of the day.Organising appointments via phone and in-person.Maintaining a hygienic work environment.RequirementsMin. 5+ years demonstrated hairdressing/stylist skills/experience.Trade certificate in Hairdressing or equivalent/on-the-job training.Sound knowledge of hair cutting, colouring & styling.Sound knowledge of haircare products and advice.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Annual Base Salary: $73,000-$75,000
