Job Description
The Wellbeing and HR Support Division delivers a range of HR services, developing and fostering safe, fair and harmonious workplaces with managers and staff that enable the agency to deliver on its goal of making it easier to engage with the services that Australians rely on.
We are looking for experienced Senior HR Professionals who can confidently navigate complex people matters, including complaints resolution.

We are looking for experienced Senior HR Professionals who can confidently navigate complex people matters, including complaints resolution.
We are looking for experienced individuals with capability in one or more of the following areas:
A critical aspect of these roles is to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. The roles require a considerable degree of professional diplomacy, tact and sensitivity.
You will work autonomously and under the broad direction of the Assistant Director and Director to deliver quality outcomes, with decision-making that is dependent on judgement, skills and knowledge. To be successful in these roles, you will have the ability to provide leadership, advice and support on HR best practice in line with people strategies, legislation, policies and processes. You may also be responsible for managing and leading small teams.
Work Environment
You will be working in a geographically dispersed team.Note: A merit pool will be established and used to fill similar vacancies within the next 18 months.
