What You Bring to the Role Essential: Proven expertise across all areas of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, performance management, and industrial relations.Strong knowledge of relevant HR legislation, awards, agreements, and policies.Ability to research, analyse, and provide strategic HR recommendations.Desirable: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or equivalent), while not essential, will be highly regarded.Experience in HR within a large or complex organisation, especially local government, is an advantage.Why Join?
