We are seeking a dynamic and experienced P&C Partnering Team Lead to join our team.
This new role is pivotal in ensuring our team operates smoothly and efficiently, allowing a good balance between operational excellence and strategic development.
This role reports to our General Manager of People & Culture and has a team of People & Culture Managers (and indirectly their teams) reporting in.
In this role, you will play a key part in leading change and implementing new systems to enhance our P&C operations.
Your expertise will help us streamline processes, improve efficiency, and foster a positive work environment.
This leadership role will require: Operational blue collar and corporate HR Management experienceThe ability to independently make decisions and address issues, consulting as necessarySkilled in supporting and negotiating enterprise agreementsExpertise in coaching and mentoring a teamProved leadership in operational business partnering in a FMCG or manufacturing environmentProficiency in leveraging AI technology for business outcomesAdvanced analytical and problem solving, alongside a responsive and pragmatic approachFull working rights in Australia with a valid Australian driver's licenceThis role can be based in Hobart or Sydney Olympic Park and requires supporting a geographically diverse business around Australia, which will require visits to other sites with interstate travel.
